Thorndike - Winners in the Winter Raffle sponsored by Future MSAD 3 were announced at Mount View during the last girl’s basketball  game on Friday night, February 11^th.  Recipients and their prizes are: Gabrielle Rossignol (Monroe), $200 gas certificate at Hilltop Store; Liz Cioe (Unity), $85 Beach Comber designer necklace; Karen York (Montville), $50 gift certificate from Dick’s Sporting Goods; Darren Mehuren (Brooks), 10 pounds of organic blueberries from Twitchell Hill; Ray Quimby (Brooks), gift certificate from Crosstrax in Unity; John Piotti (Unity), back pack; Janet Morse (Unity), two quilted pocketbooks; Korey Boulier (Unity), gift certificate from Barb’s Place Restaurant; Marlene Wight (Old Town), beaded cabochon necklace; Jenna Caler (Waldo), gift certificate from Spanky’s Pizza; Sally Ann ‘Mustang’ (Freedom), Subway  gift card;  Peter Quimby (Unity), super soft blanket/throw; and Norman Tardiff (Brooks), basket of Beanie Babies.

Contributions to this raffle will contribute to Future’s campaign to fund needed improvements to Mount View’s athletic and recreational facilities, including: field infrastructure, walking trail, climbing wall, track and field equipment,, bleachers and scoreboards, equipment for the new fitness center, and a maintenance fund for these athletic enhancements. Future MSAD3 is a non-profit, volunteer-led community organization.  Its mission is to raise funds to enhance particular areas in the new Mount View School complex not covered by State funding.
